I’m wearing Chuck Taylors when I go out. Haven’t tried cute shoes or boots yet but it is sooooo much better. Every day I still clean and dress it although now I switch between Vaseline and this secret honey lotion I bought from the snake oil man at the strawberry festival.

Still small, barely open spots but open enough that I keep the large are medicated and covered at all times. I have tried to let it air and dry out. But it really starts hurting after that so maybe a few more days of covering and then I will try the airing and drying out technique again.
