he has lost so much weight. He runs or walks every day and has totally changed his diet. He has been on this plan for at least two years. Looking great.

This was the last stop on the road trip. Mom and Aunt Carole kept me very busy making card parts!

Carole and mom surprised me with a birthday turkey dinner while in KY. We made sandwiches for the road and they were soooo yummy.
