This is the only road under the Erie Canal.

Also in the back they have bits and pieces from the original amusement park.

Arnold’s Park

Jack’s first time riding in and then driving a mini go kart. I drove us around in a double passenger and then we both drove a single kart. Then he drove all by himself. He did fabulous. When the time would end, he would get back in line. What fun!

This park and area has a long interesting history.

Jack and I rode together. It was his first time riding a roller coaster! Then he wanted to ride again. I wanted to get pics so I didn’t ride the second time.

We also rode the merry go round and visited the tipsy house.

Jack’s dad was the bass player and started in the band when he was 12 years old!

We attended the benefit pancake breakfast but before that we had fun playing the outdoor percussion instruments around the gardens.

Some classic cars were arriving for later parade participation.

Jack and I walked in the parade behind the musicians.
