Florida pre-paid debit card for unemployment
Great timing! Today I received in the mail my State of Fkorida debit card that I can use to access my unemployment compensate! This is so cool. However, I’ve been back in the workplace for 13 months and off employment since may 2013. Wonder why it took so long to receive this card!
Rental property covered in nicotine
They lived here seven years. Including kids. They probably would have never moved had I not put the house on the market. I can’t imagine living here. I was in the house about 15 minutes and reeked of smoke when I left. I smelled like I had just left a full smoking bar. The walls were off white seven years ago. I’m going to have the carpets, trash, and appliances removed and then drop the selling price and hope an investor wants to buy and rehab. I can’t leave it like that long though. I may have to invest about 5k and bring it back to renting condition. Another life lesson. I just wanted to sell a house so I could buy something else. I should have just kept this one and started shopping!

Jack White is a rock star
One of the best rock and roll shows i’ve seen in a long time. Huge sound. Off the chart musicians. Jack is a rock star and it shows. Four busses (one white), a semi, one van, and an SUV. Suits and ties. Professional.

After jack white show we hauled down to HoB and caught the last song. It was a ticketed show and of course I didn’t have tickets. But some man got us in. Awesome.
